A short history
My Leadership Center was founded in 2007. The company's core activity is running individual and team business coaching sessions and training programmes in leadership skills, business communication and effective team leadership for developing key competencies, designing corporate and team-building events, as well as organisational consulting.
Expertise and international experience
The team of My Leadership Center consists of specialists with more than 20 years of expertise, international experience and specialisations in organisational psychology, business coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), project management (PMP) and business mediation. Our experts have an exceptionally large number of successful projects in business coaching, leadership and soft-skills development programmes, organisational change management, talent development, strategic planning and sales skills.
Our specialists analyse the current situation, use the existing resources in the context of the company's business prospects and help reach the desired situation, in which the effectiveness and productivity of the team and the company are improved. We believe that the focus on the importance of the team and on raising its performance stimulates the development of the leader's potential in every employee, change at operational and management level, and greater corporate success.
