Level 3: Proactive Coach
The final level of the three-level Proactive Master NLP Coach programme: from mastered models to your own coaching practice.
Level 3: the Proactive Coach programme is the level that builds on the previous two, for starting a coaching practice inside the organisation, an independent coaching business, or applying the coaching approach in personal life, through additional skills in the coaching process and techniques for working under challenging conditions. The programme is open only to those who have completed Level 1 Business NLP Practitioner with coaching skills and Level 2 Business NLP Master Practitioner with coaching skills.
It consists of 2 two-day modules, 28 hours of coaching with the NLP approach, and ends with a certification process for the diploma Proactive Master NLP Coach under the 6 STAR Model Proactive Master NLP Coach methodology.
The highlights of the programme
The programme gives in-depth knowledge of the foundations of professional coaching, clearly defining the roles of coach and client, as well as the differences between a coaching session and a coaching conversation. Participants build on their skills by co-creating a coaching process with instruments such as the Arrow Coaching Model and work with logical levels. A special focus is placed on building and running a successful coaching practice as a whole: from choosing a niche and positioning yourself as an internal or external coach, to creating effective business processes covering marketing strategy, finance, logistics and sales.
The training covers individual and team coaching as a core style of communication that helps resolve conflict and successfully embed a coaching culture in companies. On a personal level the programme encourages building authenticity, confidence and assertiveness.

Terms for cancellation or transfer of participation
- If you are unable to attend, contact our team no later than 60 days before the start: a one-time transfer of your place to another person, a transfer to the next edition, or a refund with a credit note.
- For cancellation later than 60 days before the start: a one-time transfer of your place to another person, or a fee of 30% of the tuition.
- For interrupting a programme that has already started: a fee of 50% of the tuition.
