Ruslana Ivanova

Ruslana Ivanova is part of the team of My Leadership Center, where she is responsible for building and managing the brand identity, the company's strategic communications, the organisation of events and campaigns, and the visual and conceptual design of key corporate projects. In her work she combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of human potential, focusing on clear communication, purposeful branding and creating an environment in which individuals and teams feel supported and inspired.

She is a certified Business NLP Practitioner and Business NLP Master Practitioner, having completed the internationally accredited certification leadership programmes led personally by Magdalena Nikolova. Through NLP and coaching instruments Ruslana works to establish an authentic brand identity and effective communication in project management.
