Gergana has more than 25 years of professional experience in managing people and teams, internal and external communications and project management in small and medium-sized companies and organisations from business and the non-governmental sector. As part of the MLC team she applies that experience in creating and developing training formats, programmes and events fully tailored to the specifics, the context and the real needs of each organisation. In her work she combines a consulting approach, project management and facilitation, in order to create working solutions in the field of communication, organisational culture and people development.

Gergana's mission is to stimulate the personal engagement and responsibility of every participant for a fuller and more satisfying personal and professional life, by activating their inner resources and talents.

Communications and project management consultant

Gergana leads and advises on projects in internal communications, organisational development and managing the employee experience, with a focus on motivation, engagement and the long-term development of teams: social and motivational programmes, mentoring programmes, internship and talent initiatives, employer branding and strengthening organisational culture. She uses established research and consulting instruments (surveys, tests, interviews, working sessions and focus groups), as well as purpose-built instruments adapted to the specific needs and stage of development of the organisation. She works in partnership with clients from the very start, advising at every stage, from concept and planning to delivery and evaluation of the effect.

Organiser and host of management meetings and motivational events

Extensive experience with large-format events: management workshops, leadership meetings, corporate motivational events and inspiring team formats, including international leadership events in English. The focus is on the quality of managerial and team communication, on taking commitment and responsibility, and on better alignment between participants. Her approach draws on facilitation and coaching methods and on models from NLP.

Business trainer

She delivers trainings for developing communication skills, customer service, creative thinking and emotional intelligence. A distinctive strength is facilitating creative formats for people in senior management positions with a strongly rational mindset: brainstorming and work on real cases for optimising processes, developing new services and attracting clients.
